Mission, Vision & Values + Elevator Pitch + Website Creation

The Challenge

Rivkah Standig (she/they) is a Psychedelic Therapist as a Licensed Social Worker based in Denver who is one of the first psychotherapists in the state to become a Licensed Psilocybin Journey Facilitator. She emboldens her clients to become their authentic selves with expertise working with neurodiversity, polyamory, identity work and psychedelics. Rivkah was hoping for a dramatic website redesign to not only bring psychedelic work to the forefront of her practice, but also to seek a more vibrant visual expression to connect with future clients.

Our Approach

Through a series of collaborations preceding a planned launch before Psychedelic Science 2025, we crafted her mission, vision and values, created her elevator pitch, and designed and executed her website as a bold new expression of her offerings to the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and neurodivergent communities.

  • We embarked on the 3-part series to uncover the values that underpin and inspire her work, and crafted mission and vision statements that brought clarity and emotional connection to her purpose.

  • Together we crafted 30 second and 1 minute sound bites to represent Rivkah and her practice, Rainbow Reflections, in succinct and memorable ways to spark future conversations at networking events and with prospective clients.

  • Our foundation of strategic brand work was pivotal for the creation of website content that mapped to visuals and copy to represent Rivkah’s practice and offering concretely and beautifully.

  • The discovery process for arriving at and discussing the values, and the mission and vision for Rainbow Reflections surfaced many dimensions to Rivkah’s backstory and unique perspective. This added layers not only to the story arc, and how we wove together content in service of sparking connection with her ideal clients, but also emboldened us to share bold messaging and visuals to match the energy of the space she can create for clients.

  • Developing a visual identity to live up to the Rainbow Reflections name and backstory landed us on an attention-getting rainbow themed color palette and the use of prisms and abstract visuals to connect to beauty and unconventionality. She’s received many enthusiastic compliments from her website visitors since our launch.

  • From mood boards to font review, to landing core concepts for headlines and refining tactical choices to lead to user actions, we shaped the Rainbow Reflections website outcome to be something that far surpassed her previous website in terms of landing her authentic expression (and even passed the wife test, since her wife loved it!)
